A driver was caught at 120 km/h by one of the automatic radars installed in the tunnel of Mont Blanc, on the night of Saturday to Sunday, towards 1 a.m., while he was driving in the France-Italy direction. The car was a Volkswagen, standard Golf. The man, a Pakistanese living in Italy, was stopped at the exit of the tunnel by the french authorities. He had to pay a fine of 750 euros and lost his drivers licence. The speed is limited to 70 km/h in the tunnel of Mont Blanc, which connects France to Italy. Le Dauphine
