July 14th Fireworks didn't cost 4 millions euros The rumours go very fast in Chamonix. And here we have another example that was heard in the streets of Chamonix: "It's a shame. Did you know that the July 14th fireworks cost 4 millions euros ?". So let's stop the rumour and understand what's going on. It all started when the moderator of the World Cup of Climbing, Christopher Hardy, made a comment about the Chamonix fireworks. This isn't true specially if we see thatthe Paris fireworks cost 400,000 euros. "Our fireworks at Chamonix cost a little less than 15,000 euros' reassures the City Hall. Ernest Magazine nº2 is out!!!
