MONT BLANC: Two mountaineers die in avalanche

Two mountaineers, aged 25 and 27 years, died Saturday in an avalanche in the Mont Blanc at 3,500 m altitude, told us the PGHM Chamonix. The two young men from Haute-Savoie, one was an aspiring guide and the other a ski instructor, were taken by an avalanche in a corridor particularly steep (55 degrees slope).
