Between Thursday and Sunday, no less than 7 burglaries were carried out in Chamonix. The police were able to solve the case after a flagrant offense on Monday, after the previous burglary of Saturday night. The two alleged perpetrators were caught when they returned to retrieve items they'd hidden in the woods. The remaining stolen objects (skiing & mountaineering equipment, a flat screen TV) have been discovered in a garage during a search. The total value of all the goods stolen came to 10 000 euros. The two robbers are aged between 17 and 18 years and both are residents of Chamonix. A third accomplice was also identified. Radio Mont Blanc
