9 New Apartments for Seasonal Workers

The town of Chamonix, with its population of young workers, is to build new housing for "Seasonal Couples". 9 units, situated above the Youth Hostel, are to be finished by August 1st and will be a new solution to welcome workers, in addition to 60 units in the "La Marmotte" residence. For 45m2, the rent would be around 600 euros per month, all charges included. Couples can benefit from "APL" financial assistance, and along with social housing subsidies the actual monthly rent for the workers would be around 300 euros.
