On 28 January 2020, around 7.30 pm, a heavy vehicle lost a wheel before coming to a stop.
The vehicle was travelling in the Mont-Blanc Tunnel, from Italy to France.
Fortunately, the driver was not injured in the incident.
The tunnel was closed to traffic during the intervention.
