On Tuesday 23 August 2022, Savoyard Ludovic Pommeret won the TDS race of 145 kilometers and 9100 meters of elevation gain in 18:37:35.
“I'm satisfied with the management, appreciates Pommeret on arrival, after drinking a little champagne to celebrate his victory. I never had a big gap, always three to four minutes. I then made the junction, I came back about halfway. At the beginning, I didn't have great sensations, a recurrent tendonitis hurt me, maybe I still had aches from the wakeboard I had done last week. On the sticks, it was average. But over time, it got better and better."
After his victories in the UTMB in 2016 and the Diagonale des Fous in 2021, the 47-year-old runner shows that he must still and always be counted on to run ahead of the biggest ultras in the world.
