The board of the FIS (International Ski Federation) met in Antalaya (Turkey) and confirmed that Les Houches will host, next winter, one of the Stages of the Ski World Cup. The Chamonix Valley will host on its famous slope, the Verte at Les Houches ski resort, the downhill ski competition on January 29th and a super combined on Sunday, January 30th, 2011. The program for Val d'Isere was changed for 2010 No Super G men competition this year, the French department of Savoie will host a slalom and a giant slalom on the 11 & 12 December. The calendar for 2012 is not yet defined.
