one or two small details to be adjusted and the project "Tram Train" of the Chamonix Valley will be completed on paper. Between the different partners, 52.5 million euros budget were achieved. There's the Rhone Alpes Region, the General Council, Rail Ways of France, but also and more surprising, the highway company ATMB, which contributes 1.5 million euros. Locally, the Community of Municipalities of the Valley of Chamonix Mont Blanc will attend with up to 2.5 million euros. The works will be done over one year, including the tunnel of the Montets, for 17 million euros budget. And normally, by the end of 2013, the entire rail way line and the tunnel of the Montets will be renewed. These new facilities will allow the Mont Blanc Express train to pass/depart every 30 minutes.
