Two English climbers were engaged in the Frendo Spur (in the North Face of the Aiguille du Midi) despite the bad weather announced. Yesterday (Thursday), exhausted and technically blocked in this north face, they called for help. Alerted in the morning, the PGHM and the Civil Security helicopter could not rescue the climbers until late afternoon, taking advantage of a small break in the weather. Everything turned out great, but looking at the weather forecast for that day, the climbers seem to have taken unnecessary risks! Radio Mont Blanc
