Wednesday the 22nd of May 2019, at the beginning of the afternoon, a 46-years old Swiss woman suffered a fatal fall in the Mont-Blanc massif.
According to Le Dauphine, the Swiss woman (46) was skiing down the Cosmique corridor in the Mont-Blanc massif on the 22nd of May 2019, in the afternoon, when she fell.
The Swiss female skier fell 300 meters or 984 ft, in the Cosmique corridor at 40 °, which proved to be fatal.
According to the PGHM of Chamonix, she died instantly and her body was recovered by helicopter.
The PGHM did not specify the circumstances of her death or the exact cause of her falling.
