On 8 October 2019, the draw for the round of 16 of the Coupe de France took place at the Aren'Ice de Cergy-Pontoise.
The draw designated Chamonix as the opponent to Grenoble while Gap will play against Briançon.
The games will be played on 22 & 23 October 2019.
The Magnus League clubs have officially entered the table of the Coupe de France on 8 October 2019, at the Aren'Ice de Cergy, where the draw for the round of 16 took place.
Gap will receive Briançon at the Brown-Ferrand ice rink while the Pioneers of Chamonix will welcome Grenoble.
Also from the southeast part of France, Annecy will face Roanne at home while Morzine-Avoriaz will play against Nice.
In 2018-2019 Coupe de France, the Pioneers of Chamonix made it to the semi-finals, where they lost to Lyon. Lyon played the final against Amiens, and Amiens was the winner of the 2018/2019 edition of Coupe de France ice hockey.
