Event created by a restaurateur from Argentière, the Grands Music Festival will make Chamonix valley dance on 10, 11 and 12 September 2021.
For this promising first edition, the Argentero has succeeded in bringing renowned artists according to specific musical themes each day, with local groups to get the ball rolling. Breakbot, the songwriter of “Baby I’m Yours”, will be there along with the talented Nebat Drums.
The new musical event will also have the particularity this year of using the Grands-Montets cable car platform as stage. The departure station of this iconic lift, which has been awaiting replacement since the 2018 fire, will be completely destroyed within the year. The “Grands Music Festival” promises to bury the cable car platform with dignity.
