In time for Chamonix bus seasonal schedule change, Chamonix bus has launched a new fleet of buses of which ten are environmentally ahead of their time, conforming to the EEV (Enhanced Environmentally friendly) standards of 2012. The buses are also equipped with an improved information panel for bus stop information, lift information, events, and the weather. Transporting 18,000 visitors per day in peak periods, the bus system promises more improvements for residents for the winter 2009/2010.
