Arrived to the job since September 2009, the new CEO Matthew Dechavanne has been developing a new organization, informed in this by his predecessor Francois Bidaut. Jean-Pierre Veillard, remains purchasing manager but will also head the Brévent-Flégère. Last but not least, Jean-Marc Farini, rising value of the management of the CMB, retrieves the direction of the Aiguille du Midi in addition to his duties as director, customer relationship. "These features combine operational and functional," explains Mathieu Dechavanne. And now, every site manager will have the full responsibilities with a separate budget and a delegation of authority. According with the new CEO, three key concepts were in consideration: participative management, teamwork and level of information. The management of each ski resort On this last point it is true that the ski in Chamonix had suffered from a too wide gap between the reality and the administration.
