With the melt of the snow in Chamonix, the works in the RN 205, from Les Houches to Chamonix (with access to the Mont Blanc tunnel), have resumed. A new setting of 2 traffic lines in each direction means more cars in the Valley and worries the ARSMB, specially as this road falls into the hands of the ATMB, which manages the highway and tunnel of Mont Blanc. The ARSMB, association environmentalist, suspects eventually a doubling of the traffic in the tunnel and therefore, a strong increase in truck traffic in the Chamonix valley. Le Dauphiné
