For 10 years now, the gendarmes of the Chamonix PGHM Mountain Rescue, show their expertise and know how during an open day to the public. Helicopter Pilots from the Gendarmerie and Civil Security, Doctors from the Hospitals of the Mont Blanc, voluntary associations with their emergency equipment... all join forces to offer demonstrations of their actual security techniques of Mountain Rescue. It must be said that mountain rescue does 1300 operations per year in Haute Savoie. So tomorrow, Saturday (June 19th), aerial demonstration at the DZ of the Bois de Chamonix (close to the Desert Blanc) at 11h and 15h. Radio Mont Blanc
