The town is seeking an investor. 8 companies have already expressed interest to invest 5 to 10,000,000 euros for a fitness center, massage, swimming pool and other health services. The town does not invest and will concede the exploitation of the health & beauty center over a period of 25 to 30 years. The eight companies will make offers in the month of May. The town will choose an operator in September. From the autumn, studies and works could begin. The end of the works in November 2013 for an opening of this health & beauty center in December 2013.
