It's been talked about now for several months, and at last a location has been found. The subject is a new "Community Grocery Shop", to be located on the side of the "Lachenal" building, behind the Savoy. The premises have been made available by the Chamonix commune for this new community project. The beneficiaries of this "social grocery shopping" will pay only 10% to 20% of the products' value. The opening is planned for this autumn, probably in October.
