Steep and deep in the Glacier Ronde couloir, Saturday after the storm

Here we are, straight into spring, though it is a little late! The sun is out, the snow is soft, and in the valley we can walk around in t-shirts in the daytime.

The sky cleared up on Saturday after the storm cycle, and there was a lot of new snow in altitude, 40 centimetres or more in the high mountain.
