A new service is available in the Chamonix valley. It's called Gorilla Eco Valet and they come to your place and wash you car. At the same time they also propose other cleaning services like kitchens, bathrooms, garden, etc.
We paid them a visit to discover a bit more about them and their plans:
1) Tells us a little bit about yourselves and how you started the car wash / valet service Gorilla Eco Valet?
Quite simply, we are two mountain addicts who are in love with Chamonix, we are always looking for opportunities to work and live in the valley all year round.
Starting a car wash business is not that easy. Luckily it was pretty easy to notice here that there is no other high end option around the valley to clean your car. We created a funny concept with high quality services, Gorilla Eco Valet.
2) How many of you are involved in the business?
Charlie Charlesworth and myself - Alex Toha. We started this business last fall for the local transfers companies. As we have grown we've been helped by some other great people who have the knowledge of how the valeting business works and helped us with our professional steam machine.
3) Tells us how it works. Are the products you use eco-friendly?
Yes, we offer the best eco-friendly solution in car washing (inside and out) and also for home upholstery.
Steam machines have been in the industry for quite a while now. The steam, at 200 degrees, can moisturise, disinfect and take off any hard stains without a big effort or damage to the material. Also , the steamer hoovers and injects shampoo at the same time, resulting in no mess, no residue, no water waste just a clean surface.
4) Which areas do you cover in the valley?
We are happy to offer the service from Servoz to Vallorcine.
5) What are your prices and how do we contact you?
We have a large range of packages starting from 35 euro per car, depending on your size of your car. If you need to clean your car after season or even prepare it for selling it, we have what you need.
