Regarding snow conditions (lack of snow), the Compagnie du Mont Blanc has been forced to postpone the ski slopes opening.
Partial opening on Saturday, Dec 20th 2014.
The opening of the ski area was scheduled for the Dec 6th-7th weekend, but, due to weather conditions and lack of snow, officials were forced to reprogram the opening.
A snow deficit in the Alps of 25 to 50%, (source meltyxtrem)will keep your skis dry for another week. The good news is that the weather seems to cool down, allowing snow to cover the slopes. For more info, please check our snow reports
