Ice Hockey: Adrien Glévéau and Julien Laplace extended their contract with the Pioneers

Good news for the Pioneers, the team is glad to announce that Adrien Glévéau and Julien Laplace renew their contract for 2018-1019, not long after the hiring of Maxence Leroux (Strasbourg) and Cody Freeman (Cholet, D1) last week.

Both of them are originally from Haute-Savoye, they arrived last summer and determined to keep wearing the red color of the Pioneers they extended their contract for a second season.

Adrien Glévéau:

Adrien is 22 years old with 1.86m for 93 kg

He is an experienced winger originally from Megève

According to Le Dauphine, Adrien started to play hockey from the age of 4 in his hometown after seeing his brother play. He immediately found a passion for the game.

As a junior he played in the HC74 minor club, after he won a blue license he moved in Division 1 with HC Mont Blanc, but also in League Magnus with the Penguins of Morzine. Last year he signed for the Pionners.

Julien Laplace:

Julien is 23 years old with 1.76m for 80 kg

He is an experienced center player originally from Annecy and very little penalized (only 6 minutes in the 2017/2018 season).

According to Le Dauphine, Julien plays Hockey from a young age and managed to train at HC Mont-Blanc team, after that he joined the HC74 in order to complete his training.
Later he got selected by the teams of France U18 and U20, in 2012-2013 and 2013-2014, the young player has experience in playing on a professional championship after he joined  Ligue Magnus.

The last year 2017, back in Haute-Savoie, he joined the Pioneers of Chamonix Mont-Blanc.
