The last Friday of the school holidays has brought many people on the Chamonix valley slopes.
Indeed, on 3 January 2020, the slopes were crowded and the gendarmes of the PGHM of Chamonix had been very busy.
Between noon and 3 pm, the PGHM of Chamonix intervened five times for ski falls, in the areas of Flégère, Les Houches and Contamines.
Fortunately, the victims, of British, Belgian, Italian and German nationality only suffered minor wounds.
They were evacuated either to Sallanches Hospital or to Chamonix Hospital.
