COVID-19: free advice from a lawyer for your business

In the context of the coronavirus COVID-19 crisis, many businesses find themselves in a difficult situation & many individuals might face unemployment.

To help individuals and businesses, the National Bar Council launched on March 24, 2020, the "Solidary Lawyers" operation.

All individuals and professionals, whether they are VSEs (Very Small Enterprises) / SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises), craftsmen, traders, will be able to visit the www.avocat.fr platform and benefit from a 30-minute telephone exchange with a specialized lawyer.

Maître Arnaud Adelise is a lawyer in Grenoble, specialist in criminal law, and he explains to us why he decided to take part in this system.

The solidarity lawyers will answer the various current questions.

Family law, economic measures for companies, social assistance, labour law: partial or technical unemployment, breach of contracts.

In the Pays de Savoie, the tourism sector, as in the ski areas, or the companies in the turning of the Arve valley have many questions about their respective cases.

For everyone, Maître Arnaud Adelise gives the same advice: don't waste time and report your situation.

Once on the website, you will need to fill out a form to explain your situation and ask your questions. It is the lawyer who directly contacts the person concerned afterwards.

The "solidary lawyers" operation will be held until April 6 across France.
