Mont-Blanc Marathon 2021: Pre-Registration Open

The 2021 edition of the Mont-Blanc Marathon is scheduled to take place from 24 to 27 June 2021.

From 8 to 20 October 2020, people who already registered for the 2020 edition (priority runners) were able to register via an email sent by the marathon organizers.

From 26 October until 9 November 2020, pre-registration for the remaining places is open.

For the 90km, 42km and 23km of Mont-Blanc, pre-registration is open from Monday October 26 at 9:00 a.m. until Monday November 09 at 4:00 p.m.

If the number of pre-registered for a race is greater than the maximum number of runners possible, a draw will be organized.

Runners wishing to pre-register will have to choose one of the three races: 90km, 42km or 23km. They will not be able to participate in the draw for the three races.

For the other races (star-studded duo, 10km du Mont-Blanc, Vertical KM, Young Race Marathon) registrations will not be subject to a draw and will be open from Thursday, November 12, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. until the available places are filled.

Group Registration

It is possible to register as a group. Thus, the result of the draw identical for all people in the group. A group can be made up of 2 to 10 people on the same race only.

To do this, each member of the group must fill in the "group code" information in their registration form.

The group code will be created when the first member of the group registers. They will need to send the group code to the other members of the group.

Solidarity bibs "Support children's sports projects"

By making a direct donation to the association in order to help children with their sporting project, you can guarantee your registration for one of the Mont-Blanc Marathon races.

23km = donation of 400 € to obtain the bib
42km = donation of 550 € to obtain the bib
90km = donation of 600 € to obtain the bib

The "Club des Sports de Chamonix" is an association declared "of public utility" and can provide proof of donation to reduce income tax returns. In France, the donor benefits from a tax deduction of 66% of the amount donated, within the limit of 20% of his taxable income.

In 2021, 120 solidarity bibs (spread over the 42km, 23km and 90km of Mont-Blanc) are offered to help the young people of the club to carry out their projects. Places are limited and will be allocated in the order of requests (subject to availability).
