Chamonix will be the resort to launch the ski season in Haute-Savoie this Saturday, December 7, 2024.
And in the capital of mountaineering, even if their opening remains partial, it is not one, but two areas that will welcome skiers continuously from this Saturday: Les Grands Montets and La Flégère.
At Les Grands Montets, where the reconstruction work has gone into hibernation, the Plan Joran gondola, the Tabé chairlift and the Marmottons ski lift will welcome skiers who will be able to hurtle down five slopes.
At La Flégère, in addition to the gondola, the Index, La Trappe and Evettes chairlifts will be operating. Four slopes will therefore be officially accessible to skiers. For the occasion, a special Chamonix rate - The 1-Day Pass will be offered at €48.30 for adults.
