SMS Col des Montets service... will be a paid service!

2 years ago, the Mairie of Vallorcine has established a SMS warning system to its population, on traffic conditions in the Col and Tunnel des Montets. Today this service has 480 subscribers, but the Mairie of Vallorcine found out that not only the people that live in Vallorcine subscribe to this service.
