Tenders are now open to launch a "Multidisciplinary" Medical Centre inside the hospital complex in Chamonix. A 20 year agreement between the Chamonix Communes and the "Hopitaux du Mont Blanc" for the occupation of the Chamonix hospital has already been signed. The renovations required are expected to begin around October 10, with the aim to have the centre operational by the end of April 2012.
