Success for the Chamonix bus network

After the restructuring of the Chamonix bus network 18 months ago, positive results have been seen for the year 2010 to 2011. The cost over the year was 3.7 million euros, of which 55% was financed by the four municipalities. Bus utilisation is up by 15% during the interseason and by 20% in summer; however, last winter, there was a drop in attendance of -6%.
