Thursday 31st May 2018, the Minister of the Interior Gerard Collomb will spend the day in Haute-Savoie.
According to Le Dauphine, the minister's official visit is to take place in two stages: in the morning in Chamonix and during the afternoon in Annecy.
The Minister of the Interior will be in the Chamonix Mont-Blanc Valley on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the Chamonix High Mountain Rescue Team (PGHM) and the 30th anniversary of the National Center for Ski and Mountaineering Training of the Gendarmerie (CNISAG).
Gerard Collomb will attend the military ceremony at 10:15 a.m. at Place du Mont-Blanc and the mountain rescue demonstration at Les Gaillands.
On the occasion of this double anniversary, the Patrouille de France was asked for an air show over the town of Chamonix. This overflight is scheduled at 10:30 a.m., however, remains related to the weather conditions, but yesterday on Wednesday 30th May, the Mayor of Chamonix took the necessary orders to ban paragliding flights in the area.
Attention: All flights will be prohibited this Thursday 31st May 2018 between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m.

The visit to Annecy
The afternoon will be dedicated to the theme of the daily security police (PSQ). Gerard Collomb will have to speak about the implementation of the PSQ in Haute-Savoie after visiting the Departmental Gendarmerie Group and the Police Commissariat of Annecy.
