Tuesday, 25 Nov 2014, Fusalp and Chamonix officials signed a partnership agreement for the next seasons.
The Annecy based company agreed to create a skiwear line 'wearing' the name of Chamonix. On one hand, Fusalp will benefit from the international image of Chamonix and on the other hand, the officials of the ski station will keep control of Chamonix image with a partner that they chose. The partnership was signed in the presence of Antoine Dénériaz, Olympic downhill champion and the new Ambassador of Fusalp.
With this partnership, the municipality aims to develop its image. "This partnership is useful because we chose a company that would promote Chamonix' image at the highest standard." assures Eric Fournier, the mayor of Chamonix.
Since 1952, Fusalp stands for a unique silhouette, French chic elegance, combined with the sportive look. They combine performance with a comfortable fit without forgetting the style.
This winter, hostesses of the offices of the valley as well as the other staff will wear creations of Fusalp. In 2016, this collaboration should result in a brand new Fusalp line of skiwear, inspired from Chamonix and probably entitled "Chamonix Collection".
Good news in store for Chamonix!
