Kandahar, the Men's Alpine Skiing World Cup is coming back in the Chamonix valley with two great competitions!
The legendary Verte piste will host next year the world's best competitors in two great races: alpine men-combined and a downhill competition.
Created in 1928, the Kandahar was the first international alpine competition to combine downhill and slalom event, both spectacular and difficult at the same time.
Following the International Ski Federation meeting from November 2014, a final decision has been taken. As a result, the committee agreed to organise in Les Houches (Verte piste) the Alpine Ski World Cup 2016. The access to the different parts of the course will be for free!
