Ice Hockey: Maxence Leroux joins the Pioneers

Not long after the signing of the Canadian Cody Freeman with the chamoniard club, a new French attacker Maxence Leroux was recruited in Heikki Leime's team.

According to Le Duphine, the Pioneers have formalized the recruitment of Maxence Leroux on Wednesday 9th May 2018.

Maxence Leroux: Player Profile

Maxence Leroux is a young skilled attacker originally from Melun (Seine et Marne). He is 19 years old, 173m tall for 67 kg.

At the beginning of his sporting career, he played in the Dammarie-les-Lys's hockey club after he joined Strasbourg's training center. Particularly effective player (48 goals in 51 games in 3 seasons), Maxence quickly joined the reserve team, then the Magnus League with the Black Star of Strasbourg.

For 2 years, he has also been repeatedly taken in the international U20 French Team where he won the bronze medal at the World Junior Championships (D1A) in 2016.

Now he joins the team of Chamonix for the new season 2018-2019.
