From 2016, a new medical office will be established in Les Houches.
Xavier Roseren, the mayor of Les Houches, declared that over the past years many questions have been raised regarding a new medical office, as currently, no physician is working in Les Houches private area.
About 200 square meters recovered from Les Houches old Tourist Office, will provide accommodation for 4 cabinets, a treatment room and a small reception.
The first floor of the tourist office will host cabinets available for 3 physicians from Les Houches, but also for new specialists that are to come.
The renovation works are expected to start in the next few months. The new medical office, with a modern and quality service, will contribute not only to reduce overcrowding in hospitals, but also to help reduce the risk of the infection developing into active disease.
