Traverse of the 3 "Monts"
Mont Blanc (4810m), Mont Maudit (4465m) and Mont Blanc Du Tacul (4050m)
Difficulty: PD +, long high altitude snow run with some steep passages.
The Traverse of the 3 "Monts" is a long route at high altitude with a considerable height gain. It requires a high level of physical health and alpine experience, walking with crampons and an ice ax. So, as mountaineer you need to be well acclimatized to avoid altitude sickness.
Also, due to the relatively high temperatures of the recent years, more and more crevasses have opened, so it is necessary to take great precautions when climbing this route.
