Two new cabins are installed on the Flégère lift. The Compagnie du Mont-Blanc invested in sleek, modern panoramic cubicles that will allow tourits to benefit from the fantastic views of the surrounding mountains as ascending to the summits.
The replacement of cabins is part of the € 477M Investment Plan in Chamonix Ski Resorts by the CMB. The cabins cost €500.000 and boast modern specification.
The installation of cable-cars is scheduled between 14 and 20 December 2013. Until Friday, 20 Dec 2013, access to the Flégère site is via the Brévent and liaison. A free shuttle service between Flégère and Brévent is runing every 20 mins.
First bus departing from Flégère car park: at 9am
Last bus departing from Brévent car park: at 5pm.
The Flégère cable car opens for the winter season on 21 December 2013.
