Starred in the Michelin guide, the gastronomic restaurant Albert 1er in Chamonix makes you discover a subtly modernized French cuisine, which expresses the influence of Mont-Blanc and nearby Italian Piedmont.
In 2018, a new chef at the restaurant 'Albert 1er' made his entry: Damien Leveau. Second Chef of Pierre Maillet for four years, he now continues at the head of the brigade the tradition of excellence of this table. The chef Sommelier, Youri Greffe, will introduce you to one of the finest wine lists in France.
