Born in Stockholm, cooking since he was 5 yrs old, resident and chef in Chamonix since 2005, David's talent has lead him around the world, cooking in some of the hottest scenes from LA to Cape town. Mumma is very proud to serve David Lillieroth’s borderless, crazy-tasty cuisine, in a non-pretentious, néo-bistrot atmosphere.
Mumma is designed with sharing in mind; the space, the menu, the saké. With everyone in the same room, it's bustling, a little noisy, and full of life.
Open every day (normalement) 18:30 — 23:00
RESERVATIONS
Reservations can only be made by phone (up to 10 days in advance) for parties of up to ten guests. We always keep some places unreserved for walk-ins.
