2013 Winter Military World Games to be held in France

After being held in Italy in 2010, France has just been chosen to host the 2nd Military World Games, to be held in 2013. Voting took place on Wednesday 11 May, at the 66th Winter Congress of the General Assembly of the International Council of Military Sports, in Seoul. These games include opening & closing ceremonies, six military disciplines, indoor climbing and speed skating in Annecy, ski mountaineering and ski orientation in Chamonix, downhill ski-ing in La Clusaz, and cross country skiing and biathlon at the Grand Bornand.
