At the end of the first period Chamonix was loosing for 2 goals, but when they returned from the break Chamonix's team overcame Strasbourg. Strasbourg managed to score one more, but the final score clearly shows the superiority of Chamonix: Chamonix: 6-3 Strasbourg.
