Yesterday evening, Saturday March 14, 2020, the Compagnie du Mont Blanc announced the total closure of the ski areas, ski resorts, touristic sites (Aiguille du Midi and Montenvers Train / Mer de Glace), altitude restaurants of Chamonix Mont Blanc.
After the speech by the French Prime Minister, at the end of the day yesterday, the Compagnie du Mont-Blanc informs you of the closure to the public of all the ski areas/resorts and touristic facilities (Aiguille du Midi and Train du Montenvers / Mer de Glace) as well as altitude restaurants as of today, Sunday March 15, until further notice.
