Its looking good for some skilifts and runs to open this coming Saturday the 20th December, in the Chamonix valley!
A couple of days ago I went up to the Village of Le Tour, to have a look at the snow that they have made on the pistes, and I took these photos from there... Then last night it snowed in Chamonix town, as well as up high. Today the temperature went up, with some rain up to 2200m or so, but there is still snow in the valley today, and the high temperatures will only be temporary - we should see some more fresh snow on Friday night!
