SERAC (Chamonix Altitude Restaurant Company) was created in 2007 and it manages several restaurants, cafeterias and takeaway locations on different areas in the Chamonix valley.
Today, SERAC manages 6 establishments present on 5 domains (Aiguille du Midi, Brévent, Flégère, Grands Montets and Charamillon).
Novelties this season
- New online booking service for Le 3842 Restaurant (on the Aiguille du Midi summit) and La Bergerie de Planpraz, making it much easier for the guests to book a table. Available from December 2019.
- "Click and collect" online ordering system. To reduce waiting time for the takeaway service and allow the customers to spend more time on the slopes, a new online ordering service for Le Spot de Lognan and Tendance Foehn in Flégère will be launched starting December 2019.
- Menus in 45 languages. The menus at the «Maître Restaurateur» restaurants, as well as the daily specials, are translated into 45 languages. These menus are available through a QR code on the placemats as well as on the Facebook pages. Find them at Le 3842, la Bergerie de Planpraz, l’Adret de la Flégère, la Table de Plan Joran, as well as the Terrasse Café (à Megève).
- Vegan Choices. SERAC is happy to offer new, high-quality vegan menus created by great chefs to meet the demands of all customers. All the restaurants will be offering vegan choices this winter.
- New Compost Bins have been installed at La Bergerie de Planpraz and L'Adret de la Flégère. Recycling bins are available to our clients and our takeaway packaging is partly biodegradable. These initiatives have been organised together with the Compagnie du Mont-Blanc and the SITOM des Vallées du Mont Blanc. Organic waste will be collected and turned into compost to fertilise the pistes during the summer.

SERAC was awarded 4 titles of Maître Restaurateur, a highly-esteemed title given by the state to restaurants which offer professional skills and commitment to work with raw, mostly fresh products.
The restaurants' policy is to promote local, fresh and delicious products, with the purpose of respecting the environment, contributing to the local economy and providing guests with an impeccable experience.
Restaurant L'Adret de la Flégère
Restaurant L'Adret de la Flégère is located at the heart of the Aiguilles Rouges massif, at an altitude of 1,900 m (6,233 ft).
The restaurant was awarded the "Maitre Restaurateur" title in 2014 and 2019.
The restaurant offers both an indoor dining room and a beautiful terrace, from which you can enjoy the breathtaking views of the Mont-Blanc massif while enjoying a delicious "homemade" meal.
A la carte menu, mostly Savoyard dishes based on cheeses and products from our region as well as quality desserts.
Service hours: 11.30 am, 1.15 pm and 2.45 pm for the periods from 21/12/2019 to 05/01/2020 and from 08/02/2020 to 08/03/2020.

Restaurant L'Adret de la Flégère
Restaurant La Table de Plan Joran
A beautiful wooden chalet in the middle of a larch forest with a sunny terrace located at 1,923 m (6,309 ft).
On the menu are traditional Savoyard dishes, meats, salads ... all made with local products.
Located in the middle of the ski slopes and facing the Aiguilles Rouges massif, the restaurant is perfect for skiers seeking to recharge their batteries.
