The Jazz Festival created by André Manoukian and offering outdoor concerts every summer has already started in Switzerland this Saturday 24 July at the bar of the Trient Glacier.
A first musical proposed by the musicians of the Tournée des Refuges who work to enchant this summer a good part of the cabins and refuges of the Mont-Blanc Massif and the Aiguilles Rouges (Red Peaks).
Many hikers walked along the Bisse trail to reach the venue, overlooked by the majestic Trient Glacier.
Concert at Loriaz Alpine pasture in Vallorcine this Monday 26 July 2021
This Sunday, the festival once again offered two concerts on Swiss soil at the foot of the Emosson Dam before arriving in France on Monday 26 July with a concert at the Loriaz Alpine pasture in Vallorcine. The Saxophonist Emile Parisien and the accordionist Vincent Peirani will revisit Argentine tango up there between 12 noon and 1:30 p.m.
Note that in France, the festival was forced to grant its partition to the health pass with maximum gauges to be respected. A ticket office was therefore set up for the first time. Every day of the week until Sunday 1st August , concerts will be given in the Chamonix Valley under these new rules.
