Montenvers Train
There is a change over to a new operator this Thursday, 31October at 6 p.m.
The Montenvers train should run until the end of Sunday 3 November 2024, before beginning its month of annual closure for maintenance.
Aiguille du Midi cable car
The Aiguille du Midi cable car will close for maintenance the end of Sunday 3 November 2024
Hikers and walkers can traverse between the Plan de l’Aiguille, (mid-station) and the Montenvers / Mer de Glace. Especially since this year, as there is no snow on the ground in the mid-mountains.
