A Michelin star for Auberge du Bois Prin Restaurant

The Michelin Guide 2012 has awarded a star in the restaurant of the Auberge du Bois Prin, at Les Moussoux - Chamonix. It is the consecration of the work of Raphael Vionnet chef at the Auberge du Bois Prin since May 2011, but spotted by the famous red guide for many years. Cyril Gerard pastry chef, Alexander le Bras head waiter and Pauline Creac'h sommelier, work with Raphael for several years and are also associated with this success. It is also the reward of the entire team at Auberge du Bois Prin led by Denis Carrier and Madeleine Hebert.
