Musilac Mont-Blanc: Information meeting for residents 21st March 2018

On the occasion of the festival Musilac Mont-Blanc, the Chamonix Tourist Office will organize an information meeting on Wednesday 21st March 2018 at 7 p.m. at the Bicentenaire Hall.

The residents of: Les Mouilles, La Frasse, Les Coverays, Les Périades, Chemin des Cristalliers, Avenue de la Plage, Route du Bouchet and la Promenade des Crèmeries.

The Musilac Mont-Blanc Festival was created to support the activity of the valley by promoting the "spring ski destination" and encourage tourists to come to Chamonix but also to offer to residents a festive and popular moment.

The festival is to take place in Bois du Bouchet on 19th, 20th, 21st April 2018.

The site will be laid out (not accessible) from 6th to 18th April and then dismantled from 21st to 27th April. The first concerts will begin each day at 3 p.m. and will end around midnight. Sound tests (soundcheck, repetitions) will take place each morning.

For security reasons, the Bouchet road and the Avenue de la Plage will be partially closed during the public's presence on 19th, 20th, 21st April from 2 p.m. until the end of the concerts. General traffic deviation by the Praz road.

To avoid wild car parking and inconvenience in the areas of Mouilles, La Frasse, Les Coverays, Perades, the Promenade des Crèmeries and the Chemin des Cristalliers, traffic will be exclusively reserved for residents on 19th, 20th, 21st April from 2 p.m. until the end of the concerts.

Residents are invited to take the badges of access at the Tourist Office from 15th March 2018 on presentation of a proof of address and the vehicle documentation. These badges must be glued on your windshield.
