New accident on Mont Blanc: Couloir du Goûter

Late yesterday afternoon, in fine sunny weather, the Chamonix PGHM rescue was again out & about around Mont-Blanc. After evacuating four climbers hit by rock-fall on the Walker Spur of the Grandes Jorasses, they were called in the afternoon to an accident in the Couloir du Goûter. A female Korean climber had a fatal fall at 3500 metres altitude.
