Located on rue du Lyret, beside the Arve river, next to the Hotel Vallée Blanche and just 20m from Restaurant Casa Valerio, the Bizes Barbecue Restaurant opened for business on Friday, 20 March 2015.
Bizes Barbeque restaurant is a new concept in the Chamonix Valley. Local and fresh produce, free of lactose, gluten and oil is cooked on a Josper BBQ.
Every Bizes Barbeque restaurant meal cooks fast with sealed in flavour, as the BBQ delicately braises the outside, leaving a soft and succulent inside.
Bizes BBQ has attracted a lot of attention since it opened. Very popular with both visitors and locals; excellent quality food, fine wines and friendly professional service have met a lot appreciation. Some people consider the Bizes Barbecue Restaurant as the best place to eat in Chamonix!
Open for lunch and offering a fixed menu between, 11.45am and 3.00pm. Then for dinner from 6.00pm. The dining room offers around 50 covers and includes a large and very popular table by the window, facing the river.

Daily Specials from €12.50. Add the daily dessert or a glass of wine to your meal, for only €3 extra. The dinner menu offers a wide selection!
